Intimate weddings can be staged – our state of the art regional gallery, resplendent with walls adorned with the latest exhibits. Perfect for a cocktail reception or, depending on the exhibition, a sit down communal feast would paint the perfect portrait.

Nature abounds – picturesque parklands filled with lagoons and intimate wetland pockets can play party to most requests and configurations.

If looks become you, the Shire library with its sweeping views over lagoons can be transformed into an exclusive intimate venue.

Sugar track – a permanent heritage display of the regions sugar cane legacy creates a natural perimeter to an outdoor dining experience. Perfect for a themed event or paying homage to your ancestral roots for locals.

Add to this the Piazza, Amphitheatre and onsite restaurant and you are spoilt for choice. Every location within the 120 hectare venue will ensure an exceptional experience for you and your party.

Packages

TYTO has a number of  wedding packages to offer.  Ceremony and reception configurations will be discussed at your first meeting with your TYTO Events officer. Minimum number of 50 adult guests applies to all packages. Maximum numbers also apply.

Break with tradition and have an outdoor ceremony with the picturesque views.

The Ceremony Package inludes;

  • 2 hour venue hire – your choice of the Paper Grove or the TYTO Amphitheare
  • Signing table
  • 2 x Signing Chairs
  • Easel and frame with welcome sign
  • Portable PA with microphone and iPod connectivity
  • Pre-existing seating
  • Water station

 

Cost: $650.00 based on 50 guests

Additional Guests: $14.00 per person

The Cocktail Reception package includes;

  • 5 hour venue hire – your choice of the TYTO Piazza, Parklands, Conference and Events Centre or The Paper Grove
  • Cocktail tables with covers
  • Easel and frame with welcome sign
  • Portable PA with microphone and iPod connectivity
